Fortune Star & Forge Success Rate
How the fortune stars work?
When you forge your Wings or Mounts, There are chances to fail, your fortune increases As the cumulative Fortune value reaches the required amount, it will automatically become a Fortune Star. The more Fortune Starts you have, the more likely your forge will succeed.

Fortune wish is the daily event that players can make wishes with fortune coins at Goddess of Fountain Fortuna in Starpolis.

What's the default success rate when you upgrade your wing or mount. I mean, when your fortune star is x00. Is it like 5%? 10%? What?
