recharging 200$ will give you 55000 xtals. not bad.
and if you spend it you get another 10300. so more then 3 times the recharge value in total

Yeah the straight crystal rewards are nice but to lose those packs is a big let down   ++

Just check your record.  recharged 4999*3 crystal and obtained: First recharge pack*1 Talent Gift Pack *1 4999 gift pack*3 5000pack*3 Lucky Crystal Card(5000)*1

   Well... I should have 75 julybadges , but I only got 50... I did get the 5000 crystal card, but I missed out 1* 4999 and 1* 5000 pack.  It was the second recharge, I dced at that moment...
The talent gift pack is missing as well

I had it once before with my s15 aidith, but is was a small amount, so i never reported it...

    The giftrecord showes you got all giftpacks...including talent pack...pls check your backpack and temp backpack

   I did check all, even the temporary, because I know that when your backpack is full, it will be stored in the temporary and its just not there. I received all other recharges, only that one is missing...
